I want to use the file adapter from Oracle® Fusion Middleware to access file system in a recommended way. I can find the document of the adapter from http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E15523_01/integration.1111/e10231/intro.htm. The document only mentions the adapters are part of Oracle® Fusion Middleware, but never mention which specific product includes the adapters. I downloaded and installed Weblogic Server and JDeveloper, but they seems not include the adapters.
Could anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks in advanced.
These are part of Oracle Integration Adapters.
The download link is at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/soasuite/downloads/index.html
See the "Prerequisites & Recommended Install Process"
No #9 of the "Recommended Components"
If im not mistaken this is a list of said adapters,
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12524_01/doc.1013/e14481/adapters.htm
not sure if thats of any help, try looking up one of the ones listed.

hoping I can get a little guidance as to why it seems like I'm unable to use the SSH.NET package in my .NET Core project. I have a simple web API that I'd like to wire up to an existing MySQL database, and since there's no easy integration with MySQL in Visual Studio 2022 yet (shame), I figured this would be good practice for me to use SSH tunneling to connect to the host machine and use port forwarding to connect to the database therein. What's weird is that after installing the SSH.NET NuGet package, I can't seem to actually use it. Like, I can't use any of the documented methods. I won't bother posting the rest of my code as it's really just the one line that's failing:
using (var client = new SshClient("sftp.foo.com", "guest", "pwd"))
...
Intellisense immediately complains and tells me that the name 'SshClient' can't be found. I'd like to actually solve this issue rather than rework much of this project to use EntityFramework or whatever. It's just really bumming me out that the current state of .NET doesn't want to play with MySQL. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and further context can be provided if needed, of course.
I am looking for reference docs for the Azure Resource Manager JSON templates. Does anyone know if there is reference material for these templates?
There is general reference for required parameters etc like at Create a template deployment.
I am basically looking for the full availability so I can correspond setup on the portal to the JSON template. Also availability of features with apiVersion releases. I remember there being a MSDN documentation for the changelog with api version releases but cannot find it now.
If you create a VM with the desired settings, extensions etc then you can view their json template via https://resources.azure.com/
This will give some visibility into the Classic* templates.
All of the ARM templates can be found on GitHub here: https://github.com/Azure/azure-resource-manager-schemas.
It includes preview templates and should provide all the information you're after to determine which features are present in which apiVersion release.
Microsoft has finally created what I was looking for 🎉: full documentation is now available at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-au/azure/templates/
After some digging I managed to get the following list of schemas:
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2015-01-01/deploymentTemplate.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-06-01/Microsoft.Web.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01-preview/Microsoft.Sql.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01/Microsoft.Insights.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-02-26/microsoft.visualstudio.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01-preview/Microsoft.Cache.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01/Microsoft.BizTalkServices.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-08-01/Microsoft.Scheduler.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01/SuccessBricks.ClearDB.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2015-01-01/Microsoft.Resources.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2015-01-01/Microsoft.Authorization.json
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-10-01-preview/Microsoft.Authorization.json
This list notably excludes:
Microsoft.ClassicCompute
Microsoft.ClassicStorage
Microsoft.ClassicNetwork
So I guess we're left to figure stuff out from the templates on those
To my mind we can dig that way:
open the azure-resource-manager schemas
Look at the main form below:
If you open properties, you will find the format that we need to fill:
open parameters and look at the structure:
$ref: #/definitions/parameter invite us to look at the same documents in definitions.parameters where you will find some documentation (like value you can use etc):
finally, if you look to properties.resources, you will find a list of url like:
{ "$ref": "http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2015-07-01-preview/Microsoft.ServerManagement.json#/resourceDefinitions/node" }
{ "$ref": "http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2015-07-01-preview/Microsoft.ServerManagement.json#/resourceDefinitions/gateway" }
if you open one of these url, you will find the JSON format you are looking for (here is a part of the first one):
There is not much available...
Azure Resource Manager Template Language
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/resource-group-authoring-templates/
And then you can look at the different json.schemas that I have managed to find
deploymentTemplate
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01-preview/deploymentTemplate.json
visualstudio
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-02-26/microsoft.visualstudio.json
Sql
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-06-01/2014-04-01-preview/Microsoft.Sql.json
Web
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-06-01/Microsoft.Web.json
deploymentParameters
http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2014-04-01-preview/deploymentParameters.json
If you use Visual Studio to edit the json-template file you get intellisense (sometimes) which help a bit. But the lack of documentation is really annoying...for example I have no clue if the schemas listed above are the most recent or not, and I have no idea where to find which one is the most resent.
Edit:
I came across the list of additions and changes to the Service Management APIs. Seems to be a bit outdated, 2015-01-01 is the current version and it's not there.
Edit2:
With the Iaas updates at Build 2015, there seems to also be a lot of Azure Quickstart Templates. At minimum, they have the particular cases I was looking for with storage accounts.
I am looking at a URL that ends in .sdo, as in
http://somesite/somefolder/doc.sdo
I know that if you have an asp.net site the files will end in
http://somesite/somefolder/doc.aspx
I also know that oracle has something called "sdo" -- but I don't totally understand what it does.
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E15523_01/integration.1111/e10224/sca_sdo_ejb.htm#CCGHEBJF
What kind of platform supports sdo?
Check out this link - http://filext.com/file-extension/SDO
The SDO file type is primarily associated with 'DB/TextWorks' by Inmagic, Inc.. Inmagic TextWorks and WebPublisher PRO together provide a do-it-yourself customizable solution for information management.
.sdo is for DB/TextWorks (Database Deferred Update Directory)
I'm currently trying to migrate one of my customer's ECM system from FileNet to Alfresco.
Since they are using Filenet Image Services 4.0 SP4, I cannot take advantage of CMIS (only available from 4.5.x).
According to this blog in more or less similar conditions :
http://blog.tsgrp.com/2010/08/24/filenet-migration-findings/
http://blog.tsgrp.com/2010/02/09/migrating-from-filenet-to-documentum-could-openmigrate-possibly-do-that/
The best practice seems to be reading the database to find all documents (data + link to image) :
Does anyone know how to achieve that (retrieving the document from system tools) ?
Does anyone know how to read directly MSAR surface (.dat) files that already contains all information ?
I think the best practice is to use standard FileNet Image Services Resource Adapter (ISRA) if you can.
Product Documentation for FileNet Image Services Resource Adapter
For content migrations to Alfresco you can use migration-center. You can download a free evaluation copy of migration-center on http://www.migration-center.com/free-evaluation-copy/
I'm moving from IBM RAD 8 / WAS 7.0 to IBM RAD 9 / WAS 8.5. Liberty Profile. There's a plenty of configuration things such as URLs and namespace bindings.
I've found an information that WSADMIN is not working for Liberty Profile. I haven't found, however, the information, how to access similar functionality as in wsadmin/jython, for example for creating URLs, namespace bindings, etc.?
How to script such things under WebSphere Liberty Profile?
I'll try to address a few things that are implied by your use of wsadmin. I may be overshooting, but I hope this helps:
WSADMIN applies only to the full WebSphere Application Server. jython scripting for the Liberty profile is possible, though you're basically performing JMX operations on a server. Here is something to get started with: https://www.ibmdw.net/wasdev/docs/creating-remote-jmx-connections-with-jython/
There is no way to reconfigure a Liberty profile server via a JMX operation, however. All server configuration (or reconfiguration) is done by editing the server configuration file (either manually with an editor of your choice, via the eclipse tools, or with a script that modifies your XML).
The Liberty profile does not support CORBA or CORBA namespaces (corbaloc or corbaname), or remote EJBs. Liberty profile servers also are not part of the cell/node topology of full profile servers. Instead, Liberty profile servers form collectives, as described here:
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/wasinfo/v8r5/topic/com.ibm.websphere.wlp.core.doc/ae/cwlp_collective_arch.html
You can add strings to JNDI using the jndiEntry element in your server configuration as described here: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/wasinfo/v8r5/topic/com.ibm.websphere.wlp.core.doc/ae/twlp_dep_jndi.html
Information about configuring datasources (I am guessing at what you might need URLs and namespace bindings for) is here (see also the subtopics): http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/wasinfo/v8r5/topic/com.ibm.websphere.wlp.core.doc/ae/twlp_dep_configuring_ds.html.
The easiest way is to edit the XML directly or using a script in the language of your choice. The idea is that the config is simple enough wsadmin is no longer needed - it's intended to be human readable and human maintainable. You can import XML snippets if you have repeated config elements you want to share similar elements across multiple servers, or create the same config elements multiple times.
