He gave me apns-development.pem file and i stored it in my drupal/pushnotification/certificates folder. now i have to give him the url or web service so that , using the web-service he can give device_token as parameter and that devicetoken should be stored in my database for sending push message for that particular device. Pls help me

I'm the author of the Push Notifications module for Drupal. I wrote a brief tutorial about registering a device token using services here: http://www.danielhanold.com/story/drupal-7-push-notifications-how-to-register-a-device-token-using-services.

Push Notification for UWP using Amazon SNS

We are developing a Xamarin UWP app that is supposed to receive Push Notifications using WNS. We are using Amazon SNS to send notifications. We made sure that the app is registering itself with proper channel URI to our backend, package name of the app is same as in the store and using Cognito credential put device token entry in Amazon application arn. I have sent raw message to device endpoint and message received in device properly. We couldn't send as Json format and tried as mentioned in below link.
https://anbu2016.wordpress.com/2016/03/17/push-notification-with-wns-and-aws-sns/
But didn't know where to receive notification from application.
For example, ReceivedRemoteNotification as override method present in iOS and it will help process the notification. In my process sent argument then based an argument, we can navigate to different page. How can we do this in UWP using JSON format.
Please help me on this.

Cheran

Send and receive messages from firebase database through chrome extension

I followed this setup to authenticate my extension with firebase.
https://github.com/firebase/quickstart-js/tree/master/auth/chromextension
I want to push data and receive messages from the firebase db. I registered on the gcm client app. Not sure how to proceed next.
You will find this quickstart helpful. Specifically take a look at https://github.com/firebase/quickstart-js/blob/master/database/scripts/main.js
.. it will show you how to go about Firebase architecture in a JS environment like Chrome.

Read Notification via web

I want to implement a push notification service. The idea is to use the GCM Service. Is it possible to read the notifications both via web app (the app is written in php using laravel) and via mobile app for the authenticated users using the same technology?
I think it is possible, I also see this tutorial that can help you to achieve that. It also use PHP as a sample, so it seems like your work will be easier:)
It explains here the basic steps that you need to achieve push notification. It has a sample code and a screenshot to make you understand more the content of this tutorial.
In developing this application, it involves two parts, a GCM Server Application that create Web application using Php to send message to User via GCM Cloud server and GCM Client Application that create Android application which receive messages sent from GCM Server Web App.

Send Parse Push Notifications with ASP.net

I have developed an android application with the Parse push notification service and I can send notification from the Parse website.
How can I send push notifications through my own website using ASP.net? Is there any way?
I checked the Parse documentation but i get confused, I would really appreciate it if someone would help me.
Thanks
I ran into similar confusion. I wasn't even sure how to properly setup the user so that I could send a push notification directly to them. Then I found the following post:
Channels and Targeted Push Notifications
Note the last item under the Channels heading:
Most apps might find it useful to have a channel for each user so that
they can send messages to a user across all their devices and have
users follow others in the app.
So, now I know that I should subscribe each user to a channel that uniquely identifies the user (e.g., the 'bobsmith#foo.org' channel).
After I have subscribed the user to their channel, I can call Parse's REST API via my ASP.NET application. See Sending Pushes in the Parse REST API Developers Guide.
For an ASP.NET/C# example of how to submit a push notification check out this answer.

Can I register devices from a backend or only from the apps?

the thing is that we already have a backend that handles all the push notification process. From device registration on our DB and notification handling on the device and notification sending to Apple and Google servers...Looking into Parse I saw that it has a lot of things that will take us a lot of time to develop but mostly on the process that sends the notification to the devices.
So...I need to know if devices can register in our backend, then from our backend to Parse and then send push trough Parse. Is this possible? Image below.
Thanks!!
Yes this is possible. You'll need setup your push certificates with Parse and register each device's push token with a Parse Installation object's deviceToken field for it to work. All this is documented on their web site. You'll need to setup a Parse User object for each user as well as each Installation is associated with a single User.
