I've been reading around on iPhone development and it seems like there's supposed to be a template called viewbased appliation when you create a new project which my xcode4 is missing.
Am I missing something from my install that I'm unaware of or are these articles referencing an old way of doing things?
The new Xcode has replace the viewbased template with the singleview template. And they have introduced the 'storyboard' approach, which you should look into because it's quite nice to work with. As far as the viewbased application though, it is gone and has been replaced with the singleview template

Microsoft provides a fantastic template for developing Angular (not AngularJS) in ASP.NET Core as outlined in their article "Building Single Page Applications on ASP.NET Core with JavaScriptServices".
While it's very straightforward, there is one portion of the template that caught me off guard: instead of there simply being an app.module.ts file, there are both an app.module.client.ts and an app.module.server.ts.
I failed to find anything that explains this on the web. Does anyone have any idea why there are these two separate files for the app module, what their specific uses are, how to use them, etc.?
If it helps at all, here is what the full template looks like:
I should note that ClientApp/app/models and ClientApp/app/services are two folders I added for my own purposes; they are not part of the template. Also, app.module.shared.ts is actually very straight-forward and just prevents having to write some code twice, so don't worry about it.
Here is what the two files look like:
Let me start by prefacing that I'm not 100% on the accuracy of this statement, but since nobody else seems to have answered, I'll give it a shot.
Microsoft SPA with Angular 2 utilized Angular Universal to do the AOT rendering. It has now been upgraded to use Angular 4, which doesn't use Angular Universal. My thought is that it instead broke up the app.module.ts into a client and server file to help with AOT rendering.
The app.module.shared.ts file is actually just a global constant that is used by app.module.client.ts and app.module.server.ts. Because it all gets rendered into a couple js files during publication, it doesn't really matter that they split up the app.module file.
Enviroment
I have an extjs 6 application which is already compiled and the css files like they should be. This application wasn't compiled for a while and now it's generating a different (wrong) css file. Since someone else changed the app, I have no clue what has changed since the last compilation. I compile with sencha app build development and the following CSS files change:
build\development\MyApp\classic\resources\MyApp-all_1.css
build\development\MyApp\classic\resources\MyApp-all_2.css
There are a few more files in the folder which do not change.
Versions:
Sencha Cmd 6.1.3.42
SDK Version (if neccessary) 6.0.2.407
Problem
I want to generate the same css like before. It seems there are just a few files which are not included within the compilation process, like:
ext/classic/theme-base/sass/etc/mixins/frame.scss
ext/classic/theme-base/sass/etc/mixins/slicer.scss
ext/classic/theme-neutral/sass/src/tab/Tab.scss
Question
What do I have to do, to get the old css? Is there some file with includes? Like classic\sass\src\view\main\Main.scss or something? I guess those includes are somewhere (since it already worked at least once) and maybe commented out or something.
What I've already tried
I tried to compile with different themes refered by the app.json attribute was builds->theme. I also tried a lot of playing around stuff, which I can't describe here in detail.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
If you have any questions leave a comment and I'll try to add it to my text!
I wish there were better instructions for installing and getting started with Semantic-ui on Meteor....please see below.
Any improvements/feedback welcome.
I just decided to post these because of some difficulties I had getting semantic-ui to work with Meteor. I figured out the few things I was not getting from various answers across various forums:
Install via CLI: meteor add semantic:ui flemay:less-autoprefixer (You don't need to worry about LESS)
Create an empty custom.semantic.json file in /client/lib/semantic-ui/custom.semantic.json. (Note this is NOT the lib folder that is outside the client and server folders - make a new lib folder. Putting it in the original lib will cause your app to crash because jQuery hasn't been loaded
Start meteor - the custom.semantic.json file will populate and all the semantic-ui files will be added to your project in the same folder.
Edit the file custom.semantic.json to select only the definitions and themes you want
If you are happy with the default values you will need to remove .custom.semantic.json to generate Semantic UI - in all likelihood you will want to delete this file.
Save the file and it will generate Semantic UI
It hasn't been an issue for me yet but it appears that if you are changing theme you still need to leave the default theme setting as true. This seemed to be causing people confusion.
I wanted to use the accordion and couldn't figure how to get it working. The HTML from the docs is very straightforward but I needed this JS to get me going:
Template.yourTemplate.rendered = function() {
$('.ui.accordion').accordion();
}
If anyone knows a better way, please jump in.
Hope this helps someone avoid the minor frustrations I had earlier today.
I want to be able to edit the Barceloneta Theme in Plone 5.02a.
One option: Copy the theme in the theming panel. However, the editing looks like this & the css files are missing.
I saw that copying the barceloneta.css file is different then the bareloneta.css that loads with Plone 5.02a. Parts of Plone do not have css applied to them.
I thought about downloading the entire theme from github and editing it and using that. However, I got an error message when I tried this. This could be a possibility but I am probably doing it wrong.
My end goal in all of this is to get my plone 5.02a instance to look like the following:
Has anyone been able to alter the css for Plone 5.02a? I am aware of it's unreleased state as well.
Though the web theme editing is a known issue and is being worked on.
It's mostly a js rewrite of those widgets. You can track the progress, if you care, at https://github.com/plone/mockup/tree/vangheem-resourceeditor
I am using Adobe Flash Builder 4.
I've run into this issue with my latest project, but I was able to re-create it with an almost empty project.
Here is what I've done.
Created a new Flex Project
Created a locale/en_US folder within this project.
Added a class that extends SparkDownloadProgressBar. All this class does is attempt to create a Label.
When I try to debug this application, I get the following error.
Error: Could not find compiled resource bundle 'components' for locale 'en_US'.

The Flex Compiler/Additional Compiler Arguments section does contain "-locale en_US", but I do not want to just remove this as I am planning to have this load different property files based on the localization region at run-time and how I understand it, I will need to add each locale that I am planning to use on the compile argument line.
I am at a loss as to how to attack this problem. If you need anymore information from me to help with this, I will be more than happy to provide it. Thanks ahead of time for the help!
This might be caused by the fact, that Preloader loads the actual framework, so you can't use the Flex's classes until it loads. Use standard TextField for it and it should work fine.
