As more of a developer, colour theory comes a little bit more difficult to me. Are there any CSS colour services which would allow me to input a hex colour value and it give me complimentary colours to go onto a webpage. I know of Adobe's Kuler, but frankly the interface was awful and i couldnt really find what i was looking for!
I'm talking background colours, typography, shadows. All the UI features which can be made to look awful with the wrong colours.

in my apps use storyboards ios5 content. If realized my apps for ios5, I would like to know how many potential users who do not have ios5 I lose? thanks
As of November 9 you would lose about 60% of the customer base, but that's only a few weeks after release. As time goes on that percentage will shrink a lot.

If the feature makes development that much easier, then go ahead and use ios5. If it's a minor convenience, then stick with ios4 (but make sure it also works well on ios5!).

I wonder why most of marketing site will use same format? Example
Learn PHP by Yourself In 11 Hours
Spice up Your Site With Simple PHP
and much more..
This is a standard design for web designing on site like this?
May admin move my question to another network which related to my question?
This "style" comes from treating a webpage as if it were a printed page, such as a piece of junk mail, which is what these sites strongly resemble. It is used by marketroids who care nothing for the medium as long as they get the "buy" message across to as many stupid people as possible. No coder with a conscience, or even a sense of style, would do this.

I am looking for a image pattern similar to the one Path.com uses:
https://www.path.com/images/about/bg.gif
I want a similar image pattern so i can use it as a background for my website. It will be helpful if i can find a way to create it too.
Thanks
Try http://www.backgroundlabs.com/ website
I'm sure you've tried this but also try searching for these words on google "background textures". It does bring up some really nice backgrounds similar to what you're looking for.
It lets you even browse by color. Hope this helps.
