logo change procedure doesn't seem to work - plone

I upload a new logo.jpg in the ZMI: /portal_skins/plone_images/logo.jpg. hit save and see the new image in the preview, but it doesn't show up in the top left corner of the site. Thanks in advance!

If you're on plone 4, the default skin uses "logo.png" not "logo.jpg"

How to make website thumbnail not blurry?

Trouble with a blurred thumbnail at my website project
Greetings.
Ladies And Gentleman
I ask some question about this picture I've sent, what I want to ask about is how to make
this picture's blurred thumbnail turned into High-Definition.
enter image description here
already try to turn off lazy loading with this code but loading="lazy"
add_filter( 'wp_lazy_loading_enabled', '__return_false' );
Website using Wordpress
this is the link https://cloudteamize.com/test-porto/
Increase the size of the thumbnail on the Wordpress settings "Settings > Media" I suggest you put it at least 650px.
You will always see it blurry because is a flexible container and often stretch larger than the actual image size (It varies on viewport size or screen resolution).
pd: You will need to regenerate the thumbnails after or reupload the image and use the latest version. When you change those settings old images don't create the new thumbnail versions automatically.
THE SOLUTION IS FOUNDED:
the problem is the image link that my plugin using called: Portofolio Carousel is adding 350x181.png at the end of the link, I think that make my image use the lower quality.
example:
the original file is -> mmd.png
but in that plugin -> mmd-350x181.png
i take the values of my src then remove the 350x150.png to only .png using my massy javascript like this:
$ = jQuery;
$(document).ready(function() {
const imgs=document.querySelectorAll('#portofolio img');
imgs.forEach(img => console.log(img.removeAttribute('srcset'), img.removeAttribute('loading'),img.src=img.src.replace("-350x181","")));
});
some how if I not doing my code inside console.log, the code didn't run. I think that is really weird, but some how when I try to put that in console.log, it just works so if you can give me suggestions or make this code clearer, that's will be great.

Customize Applescript app icon

I have created my AppleScript, tested it, saved it as an .app and it works.
Now, how do I set a custom icon for it?
I have done a bit of googling and tried a few different things but cannot get it to work. The app is mainly for me and maybe some people I know to make workflows easier so having a nice little icon makes a huge difference.
Can anyone help with this please?
Basically you need an .icns icon file.
Open your application with right-click > Show Package Contents
Navigate to Contents > Resources
Delete applet.icns
Drag the custom icon file into the Resources folder
Rename the icon file in Resources to applet.icns
To update the icon appearance open and re-save the applet in Script Editor.
This is how I do it:
In Finder, select your icon file.
Get Info (CMD-I) on the file.
Click the icon in the top left corner of the Get Info window.
Copy it via CMD-C.
Now Get Info on your AppleScript file.
Click the icon in the top left corner of the Get Info window.
Paste the icon using CMD-V.
The AppleScript icon should be replaced by the icon copied from the icon file.
A screen recording demonstrating this process can be viewed at this answer from AskDifferent.
Just building into #pipwerks answers: You can also use Drag&Drop!
(Optional) Create your icon online from any image on https://iconverticons.com/online/ and download de .icns file for your icon.
Get Info (CMD-I) on you AppleScript file.
Now Drag&Drop your .icns file into the small icon in the top left corner.
It works and now it's ready to add it to the dock or wherever you want.
On newer systems if the above methods do not work there is another solution.
In Script Editor, after opening our script (.app), choose View -> Show Bundle Contents from the menu (or press cmd +0).
In the panel that will expand on the right (Bundle Info) in the Resources section, right-click the applet.icns file and select delete from the drop-down menu.
Our new icon file with the same name applet.icns drag and drop into the window Resources where you just deleted it.
Save application and voila :-D
Here's another way on newer systems, I'm using macOS 12.1.
Open the new icon image file in Preview and choose File > Export...
Hold down the Option key while selecting "Format" and see a whole bunch of new choices including ICNS.
Save it, drop it in your Resources folder, and you're good to go.

In concrete5.7, how does one change an image in a content block?

In 5.7, is it possible to place an image in a content block and then, thereafter, edit that image? Whenever I click on the image in Redactor, it just gives me link editing stuff, not the ability to change the image itself.
Yes you can from the Filemanager. If you go there and find the file you've entered through Redactor, you'll have the options to edit and replace the image.

What is the size of new Facebook Page Tab App icon

I have been trying to adjust the icon size to 75*75 but on my facebook page it gets compressed. I have seen apps icon for http://www.facebook.com/cocacola, trying to figure how did they do it, as i failed trying different sizes.
111x74px - you can set it if you go the your fan-page -> Settings -> Appliation -> Application Settings (of the tab). there you find a link to change exactly this image.
or you can use this link:
https://developers.facebook.com/pages/tab_image?pid=_PAGE_ID_&app_id=_APP_ID_
And make it a jpg a png format gives not a smooth result
111px by 74px
You can edit the image by selecting the 'edit' option on the tab then going to 'change tab image'

View image in full size link with imagecache (Drupal)

The solution to my problem is probably quite simple, but I can't find it.
I want a link under the images saying "view full size" that links to the original, full-sized picture. I've only find the $imagecache_path variable that prints the path to the node.
You should be able to theme the imagecache function and add a link the original there.
See:
