I currently use fiddler2 ,paros proxy, Live Http Header and HttpFox.
I would like to know if there are some Free good quality http debugging tools available other than these.
Thanks Again Guys!

I would say, Firebug is a pretty good (and free) complement to all these tools you are mentioning. I would also recommend Wireshark. It's a lower level PACKET SNIFFER than the ones you've mentioned, but is has a pretty good HTTP decoder.

Paros hasnt been updated for many years -
have a look at the OWASP Zed Attack Proxy instead.
Its a free, open source fork of Paros and has been significantly enhanced.

Check out Glimpse. It hooks into your ASP.NET MVC/Forms app and provides you with debug info on calls/cache hits and misses/remote calls/etc.

I want to analyze the HTTP Requests generated when I am interacting with a web application through my browser.
Can anyone suggest a tool that I can use to see the outgoing Http Requests from my browser?
I want to see the entire Http Request, not only the header.
I tend to use Fiddler which is freeware works with all browsers, but there are several others, including the built-in dev tools for the browser of your choice.
I am using Burp Suite community edition, with that we can do things like view requests response and some other stuff, it commonly used by bug hunters. If you are good at any programming, you can built your own tools for this purpose, there are a lot of libraries out there. PS your programming skill will increase.

I'm looking for an open-source framework for classified ads. It needs to be .NET-based, but I can pay.
Advanced features not really required - just need to be able to post ads for registered users in a private environment.
In terms of price, anything up to $1,000 is fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
MixNP is written in ASP.net C# and is a new addition to codeplex. It is free and open source GPLv3.
Looks good.

Microsoft have a starter kit for classifieds:

I'd think DotNetNuke would work for you, although it might be a bit of overkill for your intended use case.

I wonder if there is a piece of software to allow automatically testing a webserver for compliance with the HTTP protocol? Ideally I'd like this program to work like this: I give it the address and port, it runs a bunch of requests and then outputs one of "non-compliant", "conditionally compliant", "fully compliant".
Thanks
The only general HTTP test suite that I'm currently aware of is CoAdvisor/HTTP.
Afaik, you can have a free demo of it, but the demo contains only a subset of all the existing test cases they have. If you need more than that, check their license options.
maybe pathod is some tool for you ? also, look for libhtp tests directory

I am trying to find a good network monitoring system, easy to configure and to still have a lot of features. I want to try Nagio but it seems to be very complicated. I saw that are also a lot of systems direved from it (or work with it), like groundwork or Shinken.
Do you know or recommend a good solution for this?
I use GroundWork Community version. It runs Nagios inside already. Very hand one try it out.
you can use zenoss , monitoring system , groundwork community or enterprise
opsview etc
I would recommend New Relic. It is super easy to use.
