IP Address -VMWare ESXi - ip

Is it possible to access the iDRAC from multiple IP addresses?
If so, how do I add the multiple IP to iDRAC?
Could you please help me with this?
There is an option in iDRAC to add only one IP address for public access, but how do I add or assign multiple IP addresses to access iDRAC?

How to block specific set of Ip addresses from an ISP

When I type ipconfig in my windows pc I am able to see my Ethernet adapters local area connection IP address for eg : 193.168.1.13 . Now my problem is when I browse the internet I see that My ISP provides different IP addresses for different sessions when I check for my IP. I am not happy with some ip addresses which my ISP provides to me . Is there a way to block my ISP from assigning those IP addresses . Can I write such a rule in firewall so that I can block that range of ip addresses ?
If possible then please tell me how to do that ?
Thanks in advance .

User can't see server

The user is reporting the issue has an IP address of 10.10.15.67/20. The server has an IP address of 10.10.16.1/20. The user's machine has an IP address of 10.10.25.197/20. Can anyone explain to me based on this why he can't get to the file? This users has full permissions.
The first IP address belongs to network 10.10.15. The other two, to 10.19.16.
Do the first machine not being in the same subnet cannot talk to the two others. Use ping to confirm that.
You can use the subnet calculator here: https://www.calculator.net/ip-subnet-calculator.html

local area IP Routing

I am using fiber internet service that company give me a device which assign me local ip like 192.168.0.1 ,2,3 and so on to my computer/ Laptop . but I want to change my local area ip like 172.15.15.1 etc. how to route my Ip
Thanks
Well since the ip is assigned by the service provider they are probably using DHCP server to assign you ip. So you are getting those segment ip's, these are basically private class c ip address. In order to get different range of IP's you can put your intermediate router and configure it to provide private class B IP address. You might need a cross cable to connect both the routers.

Access internal resource from external ip

I have a network with a resource with an internal ip of 192.168.1.254 for example. I need to be able to access this resource from the external IP address of 86.126.1.234 let's say. I am off site and need to use VNC to access this computer.
How can I access this resource using just the two IP addresses.
Thanks in advance,
Maksim
192.168. is a non routable ip address.
You need an external facing ip address.
to find out your external ip address you can try
whatsmyipaddress.com
You will probably need to change your router configuration to make your VNC port forwarded to 192.168.1.254.
Or, you if you just need remote control access to your Computer, try using
