Background
I have a Wordpress site where people can sign up to become members. When they do, they will receive a verification email to be able to access their account, it is the normal Wordpress member sign up form that is used, with PremiumPress as template. The email has the following structure:

Problem
The verification email goes to the spawm folder in Outlook. On Gmail it seems to go into the correct inbox (sometimes into the Promotions folder though).
What I want
Verification emails (and all other emails sent from my site) should on all email providers go the the inbox and not the spam folder.
Research/Questions
I tested the email through www.mail-tester.com and got a score of 8.6/10. Apparently the email isn't signed with DKIM which brings score down with 1, From and EnvelopeFrom 2nd level mail domains are different which is -0.3, and Message only has text/html MIME parts
You should also include a text version of your message (text/plain) which is -0.1.
I have no clue how to sign with DKIM, is it my hosting providor that needs to make these changes or can I do it myself in Wordpress?
Are there any other things I can do to prevent it from going to spam folder?

I have no experience with this and I'm in need of major help. I have a word press website that I am trying to connect a gmail account to. So that the contact form gets sent to a gmail address. I got it all set up and it is telling me I need verification. This is only being used for my word press website. Probably very few users, not a business. Can I get around the verification process or not?

I have implemented the reset password link for my app (using exactly the same firebase code provided at https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/web/manage-users). It works well when I tried it using a gmail account that I have registered previously on the app (I received the reset password link on gmail and able to change for a new password). However, when I tried it with other email domains (like professional work or school domains e.g #mycompany.com or #school.edu), it does not seem to receive the email (not in junk/spam too). It is very weird because I do receive the 'email verification' link (from firebase) using other domains when I registered using the app but not when I tried to reset the password? Any ideas on how to approach this problem?
As an FYI, currently in Jan 2023, Microsoft 365 business blocks these emails from ever reaching the target mailbox, even if you change the SMTP settings in firebase.
They still appear in your own SMTP sent section, they just never get delivered by MS
Open firebase console goto Authentication then click on Templates > Password Reset then copy given email address (it seems like, 'noreply#YOUR-PROJECT-NAME.firebaseapp.com') then open your Gmail account and paste that email id in search section the tap on 'view message > move to not spam'

If the code is the same and you don't get an error message, it is extremely likely that the email gets blocked somewhere along to the way to the target mailbox. You'd have to reach out to the system administrator and see if they can find the message somewhere in their spam filters, and ask them to modify the configuration of those to no longer block these messages.
As ganey stated, the problem is that certain email filters such as MS 365 do not accept mails that contain links that are not in pair with the sender domain.
The solution is to add a customized action url that points to the same domain as your sender domain.
Then you need to redirect from that url to the url generated by firebase.
Note:
If you do this in react or another SPA, don't forget to append the query params.
I'm using Wordpress 3.8 beta 1 running on 000webhost's free servers. I've created an email to post to my blog when I don't want to log in, but I can't seem to get it working.

Using Gmail
Yes, Gmail will help us big time here.
Start by creating a new Gmail account with whatever username you wish.
You can even go with “secretemailformyblogposting#gmail.com” … it
truly doesn’t matter. What matters is what we’re going to do later on.
Go to your Gmail settings. Then “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” and enable
the “Enable POP for all mail (even mail that’s already been
downloaded)” feature. From now on your Gmail is supporting the
possibility of downloading messages via POP protocol (which WordPress
uses for email postings).
This next step is the crucial one. What we’re going to do here is
choose an email address which will be the only one allowed to send
anything to your new Gmail account, and therefore to post something to
your blog.
Go to “Filters” and “Create a new filter.” In the “from” field input
your primary email address and add a hyphen just before it. Example:
–yourmainemail#domain.com. Then press “Create filter with this
search.” Tick the “Delete it” checkbox, and press “create filter.”
That’s it.
From now on every email that hasn’t been sent from your own email
address will be immediately deleted.
The company I work for have a small Plone blog. But we have a problem with spam accounts. We use captcha on the site and Plone sends a mail to the users that they must confirm before they can edit the user profile. Still about 600 spam users are created every day. In the Plone user profile they paste all kinds of commercial links.
We are located in Denmark and the blog is in danish, therefore I have made a script to delete all users with a non danish mail adress. But even though most of the real users have a danish mail account I probably still deletes some real users when running the script.
The spam users register from a vide range of ip-adresses, so blocking ip's is not an option.
Does anyone have ideas to what to do about this problem?
Disable Plone comments/public user creation and use a third party commenting service such as Disqus.
They somehow trick recaptcha (if you find out, please let me know :)
But how do they do the email validation? They don't have to. Plone join_form has a hidden field for password which is filled by this bot and Plone saves it as the real password (check the REQUEST object comming from this bot)
So the bot doesn't need to check email for password. That's how they get in and activate those accounts. So fix the hidden password field from join_form.
Then, remove all users that have links in their profile description (as a real user you don't do that, do you?). Also don't let the users to input HTML within their profile description.
I'm using "Printer, email and PDF versions" Module (Drupal 7). Its functions are Print pages & forward the page content through email. When i share a page to another person through email, the message is clipped in there inbox and reporting as Phishing , also images are not displaying.
We have to configure anything from admin side.? why does this issue occurs?
Email clients are typically configured not to show images by default for security reasons (Example: hide offensive images, block malicious/harmful images, etc). See https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/7489/why-would-someone-want-to-block-images-in-email.
Similarly, if an email client detects that the From address of your email doesn't match the actual server that sent it, then your email may be flagged as a phishing email. See http://drupal.org/node/336038#comment-4735232.
Consider using a module like an SMTP Authentication module so that you can send emails through an smtp server such as Google's if you're using a Gmail address.
