Wordpress Display Issues - wordpress

I am trying to use the widget 'Super Store Finder' with no luck. Well I had some luckas I can get it to work on the page it is supposed to be on, however it shows up above the header on my home page too. Thinking it had something to do with the Goodlayers theme and page builder I am using, I tried building a standalone site with WPBakery and Elementor with less luck. Keep in mind with my first theme, all I had to do was activate the theme and it started showing up. Didn't add it to a page or anything at all. I don't want to get in to the complexities of fixing the plugin. I more or less am interested in a workaround.
I am using all the latest versions of everything btw.
My big question is simply...How can I stop this plugin from showing up on my homepage?

Continuing my search, I came across a plugin called 'freesoil Deactivate Plugins' and you can choose which page you do not want a plugin to show up on. Easy peasy finally....

Images showing in description of woocommerce products instead of normal thumbnail location

Instead of images showing up as thumbnails underneath the main product image, they are getting added to the description section of each product. Here is an example product page: https://vdgmilitaria.com/shop/other-axies-allies/italy/ww2-italian-german-african-campaign-medal/
Any idea what could be causing this?
As a side note it seems like some of the styles on the website are now broken too and things are sitting in weird places such as the screenshot attached.
I've tried inspecting the product pages on my website with the web developer tools, but still can't figure out what is going on here.
This issue is likely caused by changes made to the WooCommerce theme or plugins affecting the product page layout and functionality. To fix it, you can try the following steps:
Disable all plugins temporarily and see if the issue is resolved. If so, re-enable each plugin one by one and check if the issue reappears after each activation.
If disabling plugins doesn't resolve the issue, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One to see if the problem is with the theme.
If the issue still persists, you can try contacting the WooCommerce support team or the theme author for further assistance.
If all else fails, consider hiring a WordPress developer to investigate the issue and make necessary fixes.
Note: Before making any changes, it's always a good idea to backup your website to avoid losing any data.

I archived a wordpress site in a subcatalog and now the languages are not working properly

I hope I'll get a solution for my problem here. I'm working on some festival website - it's based on a theme that was custom made for them few years ago. And every year the website used to be updated for the new edition and and the old page moved to a subcatalog named with a year. So I had no troubles with the update - of course I've created a new database and haven't touched the old one. The problem I'm having is about the archived website. And I think the qtranslate plugin is causing it.
The main page is working well. But all of the subpages are not working at all - they cant be found. And I think that's because somehow there is a redirection or something so that instead of adress like "mywebsite.com/2021/en/subsite" the final one is "mywebsite.com/en/2021/en/subsite". Is there a way to change it? For sure it is. I just dont know why this is happening.
I tried disabling the qtranslate plugin but the website is multilingual so it was a big mess.
anyway, when i disabled it, all of the navigation buttons redirected me to the current page that has been located in the main catalog.

Showing old them before new theme gets loaded for my wordpress site

I have recently added an amp plugin to make my site responsive on the mobile front. Now when I load my site on mobile, I first see my old theme for a second and then automatically load with the latest theme. I tried clearing cache but didn't work. Hope I get any help here.
This is most likely because the plugin you used is using the wp_is_mobile() function to change themes or the action is not hooked in at the right priority level for it to be executed before initial theme loading has started. Test a different plugin and see if that changes anything for you.

img src(unknown) - lost images from probable Wordpress migration

I'm developing a site using the Alice Wordpress theme run on wordpress.com. I believe the person working on it previously might have migrated it from a previous setup, but I can't be sure.
The issue is the Alice theme is based on using several custom Post types, including things like "Team" and "Portfolio" and "Clients." There are some very nice looking displays for these things as modeled on the Alice example page. Whenever I add a Featured Image to show up in the background of a box for a "Team Member" or "Portfolio Item," the image is broken, and upon inspection is being referred as img src(unknown). If no Featured Image is set, the box is displayed well, but obviously blank.
I've been digging through the Alice theme .php files, but I cannot find one that specifies this type of modal on a page. I've found the one that creates the pages for each team member dynamically, but can't find where these image sources are getting lost.
All plugins are up to date, all necessary plugins installed for theme. Everything else is working perfectly, just not these featured images.
Any ideas of where to look or how to test?
I had the same issue. If you have installed JetPack plugin you can deactivate the plugin and try to open.
Also this one can you help you in other way: https://jetpack.com/2013/10/15/add-a-default-fallback-image-if-no-image/

wordpress preview demo plugin

I've started seeing on wordpress theme sites with the ability to preview a theme on the same page, I've tried searching for the plugin but I can't find any - I'm assuming its an iframe but I could be mistaken. Has anyone come across this before and whats the solution as I want to be able to create this for myself?
many thanks
Check out the Theme Test Drive plugin.
Once activated, you should be able to combine the preview URLs (http://www.myblog.com/?theme=Default) with iframes and/or whatever lightbox solution you prefer.
