Does Google publish IP addresses used for Play Store app testing?

I have an app in Google's Play Store that had an update rejected recently and the app subsequently pulled. We've corrected the issues, at least I think we have, but Google can't test the app because they keep receiving access errors. I believe these are due to the fact that the application testing is being done from an IP/subnet that we have blocked, perhaps mistakenly, for previous suspected fraudulent activity. I've tried filing appeals and asking for the IP info but have had no success.
Does Google maintain a list of IP addresses they use for testing so I can whitelist them on my servers? If not, is there a better way to contact Google and ask for this information?
Thanks for whatever help you can provide! Apologies if this is the wrong forum to ask this, I am not actually the developer but having to troubleshoot this on behalf of the developer so I'm not as knowledgeable on the community or resources.

Automatically export Google Analytics Atibution (beta)

I'm searching for a way to access the GA Attribution (beta) project data automatically.
Especially I need this table (screenshot 1).
I want to extract it automatically every day, but I cant seem to find any API for that.
Is there a way to get this data automatically?
I thought about using a webscraper, but I'm not sure if that's allowd/possible on GA.
Thank you in advance.

Generated Request Medium?

I got a doubt that is there any way to figure out at server end that by which medium the Http request is generated by client. Either it is Postman,
Browser or an Android or IOS app.
And if there is a way can someone tell me how can I figure it out?
Maybe someone has already answered it but I couldn't found it please help

Best practices for handling bounced member emails in Buddypress?

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this one.
We are running a mildly busy WP/Buddypress site. We have an issue with members registering, and confirming their emails. Then something will go wrong with their email address. From then onward, ever activity, every message, everything that user does, generates a bounced mail. Multiply that by a few hundred thousand members, and that's a lot of bouncing mails filling up our inboxes.
At the moment, I am pointing those member emails to a black hole address, and messaging them in an attempt to get them to sort their emails out. But that is quite time consuming, and many users just carry on regardless.
We are about to add a real time email verification to the registration. This will help a bit. But it won't help for users who's emails hit problems after they have registered.
Whenever I've built systems sending out mails to users, I've always included a 'dead mail' function on user accounts, to deal with this very situation. I thought this was common practice, but maybe not.
I have already posted on the Buddypress forum, with no response. I've scoured the web looking for solutions, but can find nothing relevant.
If anyone has experience with this, or has some ideas about how best to handle this, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks :)

rerouting a normal phone call to skype

I am a mobile/web developer but Im trying to see if there is any way this is possible:
Rerouting an incoming telephone call to skype or any other voice chat application?
Can anyone explain what technologies/ APIs are available to do something like this?
Thanks
Apologize if this question is broad or out of context here. Please let me know where to post if so.
Thanks
Take a look at SipToSis. This will not only solve the problem (GPL licensed out-of-the-box working product), but most of all studying it will help you understand the APIs used.
