What is the distinction between Share and Activity in LinkedIn v2 API - linkedin

I read the LinkedIn v2 API half the day, but couldn't wrap my head around what exactly is the distinction between a Share and an Activity?
When I fetch shares via https://api.linkedin.com/v2/shares, I get objects having a share id / urn (e.g. urn:li:share:6432959801428316160) and an activity urn (e.g. urn:li:activity:6432959801868713984).
For both urns I can fetch the same like/comment count via https://api.linkedin.com/v2/socialActions.
The activity urn is described as "Urn of the activity associated with this share", but I couldn't find in the docs what exactly an activity is, in particular compared to a share.

The best that I could find in the documentation:
Activities act as a wrapper around shares and articles to represent content in the LinkedIn feed.
There is an API endpoint to find the share urn identifiers for activity urns.

Using LinkedIn API to retrieve advertising reports

I'm working on a simple app to programmatically retrieve ads performance within Linkedin. I have general API experience but this is the first time i get my feet wet with the Linkedin API.
One example from Linkedin API documentation suggest something that would get me started:
GET https://api.linkedin.com/v2/adAnalyticsV2?q=analytics&dateRange.start.month=1&dateRange.start.day=1&dateRange.start.year=2016&timeGranularity=MONTHLY&pivot=CREATIVE&campaigns=urn:li:sponsoredCampaign:112466001
I am encountering two problems:
First this example implies that you already know the campaign ID. However I am unable to find a way to retrieve a list of campaign ID's for a given account.
Second, if I manually pull a campaign ID, I receive an error: "{"serviceErrorCode":2,"message":"Too many fields requested. Maximum possible fields to request: 20","status":400}". Pretty clear error.
A little research tells me that by adding the parameter "&fields=" I will be able to limit my query to less than 20 field (I really need only a dozen anyway) but I can't find and documentation regarding the names of the fields available.
Any help or pointer will be appreciated.
please refer the link below scroll down where you ill see the field names mentioned as metrics , these are the fields.

Google cloud usage API

with my company we were interested in the translation API.
I need to know if there is a way to retrieve the usage state of an account for a specific period.
(For example I would like to be able to know that last month I translated X characters that corresponds to Y USD).
I'm sure that such an API exists, but I really can't find any reference to it.
Translation API bills per character translated and counts translated characters for the whole project in order to create a bill for the customer.
To view your current billing status, including usage and your current bill, see the Billing page (GCP Console => Billing). Billing reports for a particular service contain fields Product name (Translate), Usage (number of characters) and Cost.
See Cloud Billing > Doc > View your billing reports and cost trends
More detailed information about consumption of the Translation API is not provided. At this time Translation API does not have such functionality.
A similar problem was raised on Issue Tracker in 2017 but to no avail: https://issuetracker.google.com/35903950.

Pushing specific visitor ID into GA as personal identifier (Pardot)

I am trying to get to a point where I can identify visitors who are generating website Goals. And identifying them via their Pardot ID-s in GA.
Do you think that's possible?
On the site every visitor gets a Pardot cookie and in that there is a readable Visitor ID which via an API query can be turned into a Pardot ID.
But how can this piece of information get stitched to the rest of the GA parameters? How to push this into GA as a custom data point so I can create a report on who are the Pardot IDs that completed a certain goal this week?
Is there any guidance you can give?
Assuming, that Pardot ID itself is not a Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in terms of Google Analytics, there are several ways to accomplish this.
You could provide this data as User ID, which helps Google Analyitcs to identify users across several browsers and devices. However, this dimension is not exposed on the reporting GUI or the reporting API. (Available dimensions and metrics can be browsed here.)
Instead, or in parallel, you could store this information in a custom dimension, which, can be used in standard or custom reports, or via the reporting API as well. There a couple of things to consider. According to the Measurement Protocoll reference, the maximum length of this field is 150 bytes. You should also decide, if this dimension is most useful for your needs and possibilities on hit, session or user level, about which you can read here.

how to check how many token been sold for my Smart contract

I want to create a smart contract and launch it for ICO. I also create a website where people can buy my token. I want know how to check how many token been sold (live)? so i can create a live bar counter to show how many percentages of the token already been sold.
Or is there a way i can monitor the token sale process in the smart contract?
A token contract is no different than any other smart contract. There are no special built in Solidity features or logic associated with them. They are just regular smart contracts that follow a specification.
So, if you want access to the number of tokens sold, you code that into your contract. While tokens sold is not part of the standard ERC20/ERC721 interface, nothing prevents you from adding a constant function to retrieve this information. In fact, if you're using the basic Zeppelin Crowdsale contract, you can just calculate it using the public state variables weiRaised / rate (Chances are you should be creating your own Crowdsale subcontract, so it's better to add the functionality you want there).
We can use the Etherscan Developer API to review transactions against a given contract address and find out the total supply or number of items available for sale.
There is a lot you can do with the Etherscan Developer API. For example, here's one URL that pulls data from Ethereum Mainnet -> Etherscan -> JSON parser -> Shields.io and renders it as an image to calculate the number of Su Squares remaining for sale:
Source: https://img.shields.io/badge/dynamic/json.svg?label=Su+Squares+available&url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.etherscan.io%2Fapi%3Fmodule%3Daccount%26action%3Dtokenbalance%26contractaddress%3D0xE9e3F9cfc1A64DFca53614a0182CFAD56c10624F%26address%3D0xE9e3F9cfc1A64DFca53614a0182CFAD56c10624F%26tag%3Dlatest%26apikey%3DYourApiKeyToken&query=%24.result
^ I don't know if SO is going to cache the image here. But that URL is a live URL which pulls the number of Su Squares available hot off the blockchain.

Google+ userId into google analytics for attribution modeling

Due to the nature of my website, it is very complex to get a proper attribution model, cross device tracking is complex but necessary.
I would like to know if it is possible to obtain somehow a users google+ userId whenever he visits my site.
I know there is a feature called UserId where I need to generate my own ID and track it upon a customers visit, but due to the nature of my website, there is very little probability they will log in prior to converting (Fact which will make every cross device interaction useless).
You cannot use a Google ID as the User ID in Google Analytics. The User ID must be private and non PII, i.e. Google must have no way to determine who that ID belongs to. Obviously if it's a Google-based ID, they would be able to tell pretty easily.
The relevant bit from the TOS is paragraph 7 :
You will not (and will not allow any third party to) use the Service
to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an
individual (such as a name, email address or billing information), or
other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by
Google.
