Is there a way to find Wordpress Plugin updates without admin panel access - wordpress

I've been asked by a prospective client, to do an audit on their WordPress site.
They have asked me,
if I can check their all plugins are up to date too but they wont / cant (yet) give me access to the admin panel.
Is there a way I can do this? I know I can find the WP version in the code of the site (and this one needs updating)
Hope someone can help.
Thanks in advance

You could ask them for a screenshot of their plugins page (www.example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php), and then cross-reference the versions listed there with WordPress.org to check if they are up-to-date.

How to Prevent Spam Post/Articles in Wordpress?

I have a blog in my website using wordpress and noticed that there are spam posts such as bride, dating and other ads that are not related to my website. I don't know where it come from as I only have an access on the dashboard. I already installed wordfence and no detected issues on the site. All of the plugins are updated and have the latest version of Wordpress.
Sometimes it published multiple articles on one day and noticed that it post at least one article everyday.
Is it happening on most of the Wordpress websites right now? How I can prevent this?
Hopefully, someone can help solve this problem. Any idea or hint to solve it will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Go to your database then check the wp_users table and see if there are accounts that are not supposed to be there.

Why is my wordpress not able to add new themes or plug-ins? Im missing some features aswell but i dont know why

I have not downloaded Wordpress, im only using a link given to me by the person who was the designer.
Im only logging in with wp-admin. I have watched tutorial videos on wordpress but still im not seeing the features that are meant to be there according to my research
the Wordpress ver is 5.4.2
please can someone help
thanks
WordPress accounts have different roles like admin, editor, etc. The account your designer has given you probably is not admin. Only admins are allowed to add/remove themes and plugins.

WP multisite to phpBB bridge

This has been discussed before but it looks like a lot of things have changed recently and most answers no longer apply.
Does anyone know of a way to link/bridge the user databases of phpBB and WP? For the purposes of this question i do not (necessarily) mean single sign on or sharing topics, simply that a user created in the WP frontend will have user access to phpBB and vice versa (a user created in phpBB will be added to WP user database).
There are a number of plugins out there that can 'sort of' do this. However, few will work for WP multisite. The (one?) that did has recently disappeared and most of the other plugins seem to no longer be under development (eg WP-united).
Does anyone know of either a plugin or way to do this manually?
Thanks in advance for any replies
i'd like to know this as well. my site has been broken since the WP 4.0 update

Wordpress registration with Admin verification

I have already found some tools, but the Admin verification dont work by me due to an tool that enables closed Usergroups I think. I hope anyone can tell me maybe another way or why it doesn´t work with those tools i already have?
Just use "Theme my login" plugin free from wordpress.org. This plugin will provide you all the functionality which you are searching for. Find this free version of plugin using this link : https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-my-login
