After updating any page in the wordpress site I see the mistake http://joxi.ru/gmvg1LQfLanRJ2
This problem disappearing if I access Internet through wifi network using the same router, pc and browser.
Trying different browsers makes no difference.
My colleges from other cities update pages of the site without difficulties.
So I see the problem in the cable Internet connection. Drivers of my Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller is up to date. My router is D-link DIR-615.
Updating pages on other sites including wp ones is processing without problems. However I had the similar one a couple of month ago with opencart theme. But in that case I blamed the theme and removed it.
Thanks for your advices.

About two weeks ago I implemented a simple one-page website using WordPress and Elementor for a friend of mine.
The page was loading slowly due to a shared FTP, which hosted another website, so I assumed that after the page is migrated to a dedicated FTP, the loading problems will be gone.
Unfortunately, the issue remains - it's a simple website, yet it takes ages to load, and its not due to its weight, but the delay between the request is processed by the client's browser.
After looking up the Network tab in Chrome console I discovered that the page remains in "Stalled" status for almost 6 seconds before the request is passed over and the website begins to load.
Do you have any idea how to solve this issue? I was certain that Elementor bundles and minifies the final files before serving them over FTP and Chrome is not forced to exceed the TCP limit of 6 files downloaded at the same time, as described here ( Understanding Chrome network log "Stalled" state ). I'm a purely front-end dev and have no in-depth knowledge regarding the back-end, so I'm pretty stuck at this point and any help will be highly appreciated.

Weirdest problem ever. I use wordpress (last version) for my website and I use WP-bakery page builder. It has worked without problems for years. All my plugins are updated to the latest version, except WP bakery page builder because i'm not paying for it.
Today, i decided to update the website, and I go to the contact page of my website and change 1 word in the page and click "update". The website ends up showing a "timeout" and the website stopped working.
"This site can’t be reached. Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
In opera the error is DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Then I tried with a VPN and the website works, so I try to update the page again and "timeout" again and the website is down
Then I changed the VPN ip again and my website is working on that new IP. I try to change a blog post, no problem, I add new pages with the testimonial plugin and no problem, then, thinking that everything is ok, i go to the contact page again and i change 1 word and boom... time out and the website is dead for that IP
Now I run out of VPNs to test and I can't access my website anymore, but this problem is very strange.
I tried https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ and that website says that my site is up, but i can't access it anymore due to this change that produced the same awful result 3 or 4 times.
Who knows about this mysterious issue and a potential solution?

I don't know why it happened, but I discovered that a rule of modsecurity blocked my IP whenever I attempted to update my page... Seems to be a security thing with wordpress to avoid attacks... This shows up in the server log.
To solve it I removed the rule for my website... which may cause some security issues, but who cares about security.
But I don't know where this blocking comes from...
I'm a teacher, our school has a computer lab.
Currently using Xampp and Wordpress to have kids blog. I keep a website with with links to all the kids blogs so that they can read each others blogs. It's all behind the districts fire wall so it's not accessible to anyone accept those on our LAN.
Question I have is this...The IP address change sometimes. This requires me to go figure out what the new IP address is on all 30 computers in the lab and to change all of the links so the kids can read each others blogs. Is there a way to type something else in the url bar in order to get to a computer blog. I'm wonding if I can do like http://computername/index and have it find that computers blog without needing an ip lookup?
I use remote desktop to control these computer with just the host name...will something like this work for browsers?
You should be able to browse to other computers in your local network by visiting http://computername/index, however there are some potential caveats to that depending on the architecture of the local network that you're using.
There is a better way, though. Rather than maintaining 30 separate XAMPP and Wordpress installs, why not designate one PC in the lab as the server, and set this up to run one instance of XAMPP and one instance of Wordpress Multisite?
This way, a nearly unlimited number of students can manage and browse their own blogs in a central repository, and you only have to maintain your software on a single machine. There are plugins which list all your sites, so you won't have to keep this list updated manually.
It also gives you the ability to further restrict your students' admin dashboards to keep them from getting distracted while twiddling with Wordpress' knobs and dials.
Finally, since everyone's blogs reside on the same machine, you will eventually have someone's password get compromised and one student's blog will be "hacked" by another, so you'll get the teachable moment of strong, secure passwords.

when I add to cart any of the event packages, which are the products, it works as planned in all browsers except for safari.
WHY does this happen?? I've tried installing a jquery cookie fixer from the woothemes support site to no avail...
safari is pretty critical for purchasing considering the high proportion of iOS users.
any help would be greatly appreciated... i've scoured the wordpress forums and woothemes forums and haven't found much. I even contacted my host #digitalocean support and they sent me a less than helpful response...
I tried all sorts of things to fix this and wasn't sure how, ultimately the issue was because I was using DNS forwarding with masking, and the links to external sites were not being addressed properly. i.e. my site was hosted at http://123.456.789/index.html but was masked to run at http://somewebSite.com/index.html. When i entered http://123.456.789/index.html in the browser clicking on those same links resulted in no X-frame-origins issues in the JS console, but running http://somewebSite.com/index.html did. In order to properly mask I had to add my host's DNS name servers to my domain service, i.e. godaddy.com should have name servers of example, ns1.digitalocean.com, ns2.digitalocean.com, ns3.digitalocean.com, if since I was using digitalocean.com as my hosting service. Changing the base site URL under settings/general in the WP dashboard maintained the root domain redirect in the address bar instead of showing the ip address.
For one of my sites, i use WP Super Cache along with WP Mobilizer to serve the mobile theme for mobile/smartphone visitors.
What is happening, from time to time, the desktop version shows the mobile site and mobile site shows the desktop version.
This is frustrating when a mobile visitor is unable to see a mobile optimized theme.
For the record, W3 Total Cache does not work on my box and i switched over to Super Cache after my dedicated server crashed on a default install of total cache. Even before it could be configured, load spiked so much that the server kept running out of memory.
back to the issue, i posted a support ticket on both the plugins #wordpress, but not a single response. I emailed the authors offering to pay them for their time but still nothing.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Does the site work after removing the Super Cache plugin? I guess the issue is when a visitor on same IP visits your website from different devices the previous version of the site is loaded. I suggest not to use WP Super Cache as it is outdated and many problems are reported after updating WP, you should move to some other cache plugin like http://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-cache/
