I am new to Amazon ECHO . Is there any API or code for connect this device with my core PHP project.
I have googled, but didn't get anything useful thing.
Please do needful.
PHP has not been a popular language for Alexa development. But, since Alexa skills are implemented as REST APIs, you can develop a skill in any language that can service a REST endpoint, it is possible to do so.
I remember someone posting to the dev forum about a PHP framework. I did a search there and found 92 hits. I thought one of the posted a project, so a little more searching and found the project here.

I want to build a JavaEE GED application using alfresco and activiti Workflow engine which manages and monitors the mail of an organization (Letter, Fax, mail etc.). Since I am new with alfresco I want to know the best way to communicate with alfresco in my case : the use of CMIS or web scripts (I'm building a third-party application ) .
I can suggest two solutions using Using the REST API or CMIS with a library like Apache Chemistry
Apache Chemistry is very well documented and you can find good pointers on the official website for pretty much any thing you would want to do !
If you want to get a session from your Alfresco Repository for example follow this post : How to retrieve 'repository root' id/children from CMIS repository?
Alternatively, you can find a lot of resources around for interacting with alfresco using REST (either the new REST API, or old restful endpoints). Check the platform integrations portal from the official docs, it would be a very good starting point.
I want to integrated Zoho CRM with Reckon application,
firstly i am trying to integrated Reckon Accounts Hosted and read out Docs and they provide some FTP details and forcing to implement first Reckon Accounts Desktop API.
also i am using Ubuntu 16.04 so is it possible to integrated this on linux machine and does anyhave idea to implement API of Reckon Step by stp.
Thanks.
Reckon api
This is correct. The first step is to learn how to write the XML used by the desktop version - and it is also used with Hosted. The destop version used the qbxmlrp2.dll - Hosted connects initially through the API, but then you embed the xml in post requests that are passed through the qbxmlrp2.dll. Reckon use Version 6.1 of the QuickBooks SDK which is now quite a few versions behind the American SDK. We found the Intuit documentation for the SDK to be quite thorough, but as of may 2017 the Reckon Hosted documentation is not overly helpful and leaves a lot to be figured out.
I'm looking to start a new WordPress API based project. I want to make sure I'm starting with the best tools at hand so that I'm not changing my mind half way through. What I want to know is; What is the best supported API framework for WordPress? What is the default API that comes as part of WordPress core and how does it compare to other WP API plugins.
I'm leaning towards the WP REST API however I would like to know if the XML-RPC interface 'WordPress API' would alternatively be the right way to go.
Any feedback would be great.
The official wordpress API is still under ongoing development. You can find the old legacy REST api here, which will work, but might be broken in the future: http://wp-api.org/index-deprecated.html
As for the new and improved version 2 found here http://v2.wp-api.org/ this is the version that will be supported and used in the future. I would recommend using this API, as there will most likely not be any huge breaking changes in the future, and this is being actively maintained and developed by a considerable amount of contributors.
There's still a lot missing from the official API, but they're working away on these issues as we speak. In it's current state, it's still quite powerful.
By default WordPress come with REST-API. If you don't want to use WordPress REST-API then You can use API-Framework and access the wordpress functions.
There are small api framework like slim api framework, fat-free api framework you can use for API's.
So, this does not necessarily have to do directly with the code itself, although it is certainly a component of it.
I recently downloaded and installed the PayFlow Pro SDK for use with ASP.net
link here:
https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/library_download_sdks
I installed this to my development machine. I also came accross this example code which I figured outlined the primary setup for basic Paypal Credit Card Transaction functionality.
link here:
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/aspnet/PayPal_PayflowPro.aspx
Anyways, I have two main questions
Do I have to install the SDK on the web hosts server in order to utilize the functionality of it? This seems to make sense, however, the tutorial in the second link suggests I create a web reference. Unless I am not understanding something here, wouldn't this just strictly work on my development machine, or at least, the functionality of the remote website that references this web reference to access the sdk, would this not be dependent on my computer running and broadcasting this information?
I just need clarification on how to install and/or access the sdk for use on a remote webhosts server (ie. do i need to install the sdk on the web-hosts server and if so, how would one go about doing so (ie. where to install, how to install)?).
Are there any other clean cut examples like my second link provides, that sort of outline the basic functionality of Payflow Pro? I find paypal's examples numerous and convoluted and their online slides/video tutorials to be tedious.
Perhaps I should just get off my lazy ass, but I have found peers from the general community to be much more informative in a way more efficient manner, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
For anyone interested, after enough searching I found a great example that notified me of all the fundamental processes to creating a basic transaction and allowed me the knowledge to further manipulate the sdk.

We have a requirement that we need to integrate OpenERP with Drupal.
I investigated but could not find any Drupal addon/module which will do the desired job.
I also investigated and found that OpenERP is based on client server architecture, where Server exposes XMl-RPC/SOAP based webservices and client uses these services for all business operations and all user actions.
More information can be found here.
As per from the document, all the business processing is done on the server.
So considering this design in mind, and considering that we can create custom modules in drupal which can perform xml-prc/soap operations, it seems we can integrate drupal with OpenERP.
Is this the only way, or i am missing something.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
for your information OpenERP doesn't support SOAP web services, so thats sure you need to develop drupal module using XML-RPC Web Services !
Here is an example provided by openerp_doc for PHP integration using xml-rpc web services
I don't have any experience in integrating OpenERP with other applications but web services should be the way to go. May be you can benefit from studying how others did to link OpenERP with other solutions like Magento, Prestashop, ezPublish...
Lastly an other interesting solution appeared for OpenERP EAI, Terminatooor.
And by the way, seems like others are working on this too: http://openerp.netquatro.com/openerp_cms
Anyway, it would be great to have a Drupal integration module !
Hope it helps
