ASP Classic: Unmask Credit Card number - encryption

I have code that mask the encrypted cardnumber like this:
dim cardNum = MaskCardNumber(rs("CCNum"))
output:
xxxxxxxxxxxx1111
Now, i want this one to unmask which is in encrypted form already. Something like this.
output:
4444qwfgrghghghhgh1111
How would I unmask the value of "cardNum"?
any ideas? thanks!

I am using query.maskedinput.js Version: 1.4.1 I referred https://github.com/digitalBush/jquery.maskedinput/blob/bb66bf9b1c3eddd1d2349cee103127ae08d0a877/demo/index.html
the unmasking is done by $("input").blur(function() { $("#info").html("Unmasked value: " + $(this).mask());
example Masking is
$("#pannumber").mask("aaaaa 9999 a");
Unmasking
$("#pannumber").blur(function() {
var pannumber= $(this).mask() ;

How to add a string to this function in Arduino C?

I've been toying with this code, and been looking up solutions to this problem to no avail. I was told you were to add a string to a function like so in Arduino C++:
myFunction(String myString)
I've seen examples using this as well. This is the chunk of code that is having issues.
if (piezoV >= 0.25) {
Serial.println(piezoV);
// Serial.println(F("Playing track " + tracknum +""));
String file = String(trackid) + String(tracknum) + String(ext);
musicPlayer.playFullFile(String file);
int tracknum = tracknum + 1;
}
The code fetches this error:
musicPlayer.playFullFile(String file); - expected primary-expression before 'file'
I'm new to Arduino C++, and I am using experience from other languages I've learned to help, but I was wondering if SO could help me with this. Thanks in advance.
musicPlayer.playFullFile(String file);
is not a valid way to call a function in C++. You declare the function with types:
void playFullFile(String file) {
doWhateverIsNeededWith(file);
}
but you call it without the type:
String file = "./pax_singing_badly_in_shower.mp3"; // torture user :-)
musicPlayer.playFullFile(file);

Game Maker Studio: Top 10 Highscores (Seriously)

I feel really dumb for having to post this, but I've been trying to achieve this for an entire week now and I'm getting nowhere!
I'm trying to create a highscore board. Top 10 scores, saved to an INI file. I have searched every single thing on the entire internet ever. I just do not get it.
So what I have tried is this...
I have a "load_room" setup. When this room loads, it runs this code:
ini_open('score.ini')
ini_write_real("Save","highscore_value(1)",highscore_value(1));
ini_write_string("Save","highscore_name(1)",highscore_name(1));
ini_close();
room_goto(room0);
Then when my character dies:
myName = get_string("Enter your name for the highscore list: ","Player1"); //if they enter nothing, "Player1" will get put on the list
highscore_add(myName,score);
ini_open('score.ini')
value1=ini_write_real("Save","highscore_value(1)",0);
name1=ini_write_string("Save","highscore_name(1)","n/a");
ini_close();
highscore_clear();
highscore_add(myName,score);
score = 0;
game_restart();
I'm not worried about including the code to display the scores as I'm checking the score.ini that the game creates for the real values added.
With this, I seem to be able to save ONE score, and that's all. I need to save 10. Again, I'm sorry for asking the same age-old question, but I'm really in need of help and hoping someone out there can assist!
Thanks so much,
Lee.
Why you use save in load_room instead load?
Why you clear the table after die?
You need to use loop for save each result.
For example, loading:
highscore_clear();
ini_open("score.ini");
for (var i=1; i<=10; i++)
{
var name = ini_read_string("Save", "name" + string(i), "");
var value = ini_read_real("Save", "value" + string(i), 0);
if value != 0
highscore_add(name, value);
}
ini_close();
room_goto(room0);
Die:
myName = get_string("Enter your name for the highscore list: ","Player1");
highscore_add(myName, score);
ini_open("score.ini");
for (var i=1; i<=10; i++)
{
ini_write_string("Save", "name" + string(i), highscore_name(i));
ini_write_string("Save", "value" + string(i), string(highscore_value(i)));
}
ini_close();
score = 0;
game_restart();
And few more things...
score = 0;
You need do it when game starts, so here it is unnecessary.
get_string("Enter your name for the highscore list: ","Player1");
Did you read note in help?
NOTE: THIS FUNCTION IS FOR DEBUG USE ONLY. Should you require this functionality in your final game, please use get_string_async.
I used ini_write_string(..., ..., string(...)); instead ini_write_real() because second case will save something like 1000.000000000, and first case will save just 1000.

Partially update a session variable in meteor?

I think that I might be missing something. I've got the entire contents of a user's product order form stored in a session variable.
var orderFormContents = {
numDoors: 4
numWheels: 4
numSeats: 5
};
Session.set("orderFormContentsSessionVar", orderFormContents);
How do I update the value of just one key in orderFormContentsSessionVar, for instance, just numDoors?
I don't want to overwrite the entire existing contents of the session var.
I would love to be able to do something like:
Session.set("orderFormContentsSessionVar.numDoors", 2);
Something equivalent to _.extend
UPDATE
Following the example of the answer below, I just wrote a function for it:
var updateSession = function(sessionVarName, updateParams){
var obj = Session.get(sessionVarName);
_.extend(obj, updateParams);
Session.set(sessionVarName, obj);
console.log("updated session name: ", sessionVarName, "new session contents: ", Session.get(sessionVarName));
};
Using like you proposed:
var obj = Session.get("orderFormContentSessionVar");
Session.set("orderFormContentsSessionVar", _.extend(obj, {numDoors: 2}));
_.extend should work just fine.
Session.set( "orderFormContentsSessionVar",
_.extend(Session.get("orderFormContentsSessionVar"), { numSeats: 10 }) )
I doubt there is any other way.

How to get the last two sections of a URL

When the URL is: http://www.example.com/services/product/Software.aspx , I need: "product/Software.aspx",
So far I just tried the below code :
string[] SplitUrls = Request.RawURL.Split('/');
string CategorynQuery = SplitUrls[SplitUrls.Length - 2]
+ SplitUrls[SplitUrls.Length - 1];
However, is there some other way to do this using functions IndexOf(), LastIndexOf() etc.. or any other Function? Or any possibility using Substring method ?
Please note that the above URL is just an example, there are around 100 such URls and I need the Last 2 sections for each.
Try this, using the LastIndexOf, and Substring.
string str = "http://www.example.com/services/product/Software.aspx";
int lastIndexOfBackSlash = str.LastIndexOf('/');
int secondLastIndex = lastIndexOfBackSlash > 0 ? str.LastIndexOf('/', lastIndexOfBackSlash - 1) : -1;
string result = str.Substring(secondLastIndex, str.Length - secondLastIndex);
I am also checking the presence when getting the second last index - obviously you can alter this depending on your requirements :)
You can use Uri class:
Uri uri = new Uri("http://myUrl/%2E%2E/%2E%2E");
uri.AbsoluteUri;
uri.PathAndQuery;
Not too efficient but a little more elegant:
string url = "http://www.example.com/services/product/Software.aspx";
var splitted = url.Split('/').Reverse().Take(2).Reverse().ToList();
var str = string.Format("{0}/{1}", splitted[0], splitted[1]);

regexp not working...arghhhh

I'm using Flex 4. I'm driving myself crazy. Why won't the following work?
// in my Application tag:
creationComplete="replaceMe(event)"
// in my script block:
public function replaceMe(event:Event):void{
var str:String = "She sells seashells by the seashore.";
var pattern:RegExp = /sh/gi;
str.replace(pattern, "sch");
test.text = str;
}
my text area (id="test") says "She sells seashells by the seashore."...
it should say "sche sells seaschells by the seaschore."
Because Strings are immutable objects. So, str.replace() just returns new string, without modifying str. Try
str = str.replace(pattern, "sch")
Assign the new string value back to the old string like so:
str = str.replace(pattern, "sch");
Edit: Dzmitry answered first. =P
