Could not find SDK SQLite.WP80 Xamarin and Azure build error - sqlite

I am building an Azure app with Xamarin.Forms in Visual Studio 2015. My app is happily using both "Azure Mobile Services SQLiteStore" and "Windows Azure Mobile Services" in the Android and iOS builds. However, I am trying to get the same to build and run on WinPhone with little luck. I have tried various things, but typically end up with the following error:
Could not find SDK "SQLite.WP80, version=3.8.7.2". C:\Program Files
(x86)\MSBuild\12.0\bin\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets 1886
5 MyApp.WinPhone
Does anybody have a reliable set of instructions for getting Azure Mobile Services SQLiteStore operational on WinPhone 8.0 ?

In my case I had 2 problems
The reference to the SQLite for Windows Phone was missed in the WindowPhone App
As InitLipton said it's necessary to install SQLite for Windows Runtime depended on the windows phone version you are using (In my case was WP Runtime 8)
here are links of the runtime SDKs
WP Runtime 8
Windows Runtime 8.1

How to build, deploy and run a Xamarin forms GTK application on a Raspberry Pi using Visual Studio 2019

I have a situation where I need to develop a multi-platform app to run on windows and Raspbian (Raspberry PI OS). Currently, I have an application written in Xamarin Forms WPF for windows and one written in Xamarin Forms GTK for use on the RPI. The issue I am having is, when I deploy the GTK version, I get one of two exception:
Development System:
Visual Studio 2019 on Windows 10 Pro
Framework 4.7.2 and .Net Standard 2.0
Target Systems
Windows 10 (Xamarin.Forms.WPF)
Debian 10 "Buster" (Xamarin.Forms.GTK)
System.DllNotFoundException: libglib-2.0-0.dll : When trying to run with Mono
The library 'libhostpolicy.so' required to execute the application was not found. : When trying to run under dotnet.
The RPI is running Debian 10 "Buster". The OS is up to date and dotnet, mono and GTK have been installed successfully. A simple "Hello World!" console app was build on windows using Visual Studio and executed against both frameworks without issue on the RPI. However, any real app with UI fails with the above exceptions.
Can anyone please provide me with information or point me in the right direction on how to resolve these issues in detail? Most of the information on the web is partial and/or makes assumptions about subject matter knowledge. Which is not really helpful.
I've researched and followed many examples online. However, they either did not work as expected or did not cover the subject of deployment to the RPI (Raspberry Pi). The system has the required frameworks and tools on it. It appears there application is missing configuration files.

Install UWP package on Windows 8.1 Pro without developers license

With Xamarin.Forms I'm developing a mobile app. In Android I get this succesfully running on a device. I succeeded to create an app package from the UWP project and install it on my own Windows 10 PC. This is also my developing machine, so it's in Developer Mode by default. So it runs here without any problems.
My purpose is to get it running on Windows 8.1 Pro (tablet size). It just needs to consume the app. When installing the app by using the script, it's throwing the error that no developers license is found. On this device I didn't found anything to put it in Developers Mode, but it seems me that this is not needed, because it only consuming the app and no developing will take place on it.
It's is an internal app, so no need to place it on the Windows Store.
So my exact question: how can I install this app on this device without setting everything up for a Developer?
The answer would be no. Windows 10 has more new API and concepts that are not available on Windows 8.1. UWP app will not backward compatible to Windows 8.1. But WRT app will be Upward compatible to windows 10. It means that the windows 8 store app could run in windows 10. for more please refer Move from Windows Runtime 8.x to UWP.

Is there a WinRT build of the Gracenote SDK that is universal?

There is a build for Windows 8.1 but it was not build as a universal PCL. Contacted support but they said to ask here, to get a response from the developers.
NOTE: by universal I mean, Windows Store universal, that work on WP8.1 and W8.1
The latest GNSDK for Mobile release should support WP8.1. Please download the one with platform "Windows Phone 8."
Gracenote SDK is a native library. It is not an application. Just like any other third party library (like sqlite - check https://sqlite.org/download.html),
it porvideds winrt and windows phone libs.
How do you build the library to run on phone and winrt both ? Can you post link from MSDN on how to do it ?. I dont think you can do this for libraries which has native component/s to it.
Gracenote window phone libs are built using visual studio 2012 and should work for both windows phone 8.1 and windows phone 8.0.

Windows Azure SDK not found by Visual Studio 2012

Following the Windows Azure tutorial for deploying an ASP.NET MVC app. http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/develop/net/tutorials/web-site-with-sql-database/
ALSO NOTE: The following is a version of this question with images. http://imgur.com/z99gTuE. I think the images help make the question much clearer. However, as I do not have more than 10 reputation points, I am unable to add more than 2 links or display images.
How do I get Visual Studio 2012 to find the Windows Azure SDK that I installed? A similar question was asked on stackoverflow (titled unable-to-create-windows-azure-project-in-visual-studio-2012), but the suggested solution was a total reinstallation of Visual Studio. Is there a faster and less invasive solution? Or on the other hand, why does VS 2012 and Windows Azure screw up installation so much (this is not the first time I've been prompted to reinstall everything)?
I am following the Windows Azure tutorial for deploying a ASP.NET MVC app. In the "Set up the development environment" section, the tutorial prompts the user to install the Windows Azure SDK. I installed the Windows Azure SDK.
Continuing with the tutorial, in step 7a of the tutorial, I am instructed to "Add Windows Azure subscription." However, when I click the "Add Windows Azure subscription" link, I am notified that there is a "Missing Component" because the Windows Azure SDK for .NET cannot be found.
How do I fix this issue without uninstalling and reinstalling Visual Studio 2012 and Windows Azure SDK all over again (as suggested in the stack overflow link above).

Smart device Application in .net

Im learning basics in smart device application development.i developed small app using USA windows mobile 5.0 Pocket PC emulator. Im having basic doubts regarding emulator and deployment.
1.According to the smart phone devices we have to download emulator and develop applications or else default emulator will support for all windows devices?
2.How to deploy and install those deployed those files into my windows phone
Windows Mobile applications are not compatible with Windows Phone.
To develop Windows Phone application you need to install Windows Phone SDK. It will install WP emulator and a bunch of tools. You'll be able to deploy application to emulator or device using Visual Studio or tool called XAPDeploy which comes along with Windows Phone SDK.
Is this what are you asking for?
