Custom product order e-commerce site development - woocommerce

I am working on a eCommerce site. My client wants to develop site like this http://lanyardpeople.co.uk. Where someone can order a product and he can customize the product option. All the options will be arranged in several tabs.
I tried to do it in woocommerce but it is not well documented and very hard to understand their API.
Please suggest me with any other eCommerce software with that requirements.

I doubt you will succeed searching for a ready made solution. WooCommerce is an extremely good free shopping cart solution and I would stick with that. Then I would use some extension like WooCommerce Product Add-Ons AND hire a developer that would do the fancy part. You won't get away without custom development here.

Develop or Plugin suggestion for Wordpress site

I need to create a WP site which will have a single membership. Each member will have its own page where the posts added by that user will be displayed. I know Wordpress comes with the default author and posts, but it does allow only premium members to add posts and paid registration/profile. Shall I develop a custom one or there is any available plugin. I tried, but did not find any similar to my requirement.
Any suggestion and help will be much appreciated...thanks a lot.
There is a very flexible plugin that allows you to create/configure members stuff Ultimate Member.
Check How to customize member templates, Code Examples, and other documentation.

Woocommerce global product (multisite)

I set in wordpress the property multisite and activated woocommerce on my network.
My network is formed by a primary site and a subsite.
I would like to see from the subsite see the products on the primary site, and products, attributes and categories in the admin bar corresponding products.
Does anyone know how to do?
Yes, you can do it with the WooCommerce MultiStore plugin.
These are a few of the plugin's main features:
Any Product can be replicated across network, making it available to any other store
A product can have different product description and price for each store.
Each store can use different language, currency, payment options and all other options that are included in a standard stand alone WooCommerce store.
Unique Product Stock management for an easy inventory evaluation. The stock synchronization option allows you to synchronize the stock values of the same products across all the stores in the network.
Product management available at the main product, or possible to update / adjust for any other places
One main WooCommerce orders panel with all domains store orders
All product meta data available for other blogs, including content images, product galleries and featured thumbnail.
Any product type as Simple, Grouped, External or Variation
Theme customization in the main admin
From one single WordPress admin panel you can manage as many Woocommerce stores that you want, there are no limits.
You can read the plugin documentation here.
Yes #Zakir is right.
There is no way to share product databases, checkout and user accounts in WooCommerce right now.
There are many people looking for this solution, a WooCommerce MultiSite and Multi Store feature is a must.
I was looking for the very exact thing, since I need to create a website that works like Etsy.com or Themeforest.com and this is what I have found so far:
1. These guys have done some research:
WooCommerce Multisite Global Cart
WooCommerce Multisite Stores
WooCommerce Single Cart Multisite
Since it is really hard to create a fully working WooCommerce MultiSite and global cart plugin (if not impossible) there is the need of a WooCommerce version that is meant to do just that.
I tried to understand with the WooCommerce guys if there is the possibility to have such a feature in WooCommerce in a reasonable amount of time, but looks like this is something that may take ages, since the WooCommerce developers are focusing on other things.
Recently I have found: [Link removed, site no longer exists]
2. WooMU MultiSite WooCommerce Fork
This is an Open Source project that aims to do just that, a Multi Site and MultiStore version of WooCommerce. Looks promising, since they want to keep compatibility with future releases of WooCommerce but focusing on MultiSite and Multi Store features.
I am contributing to this project right now. They are still in Alpha stage and looking for ideas and to grow the community.
The Beta launch is set for 31 Dec 2015.
Hope this helps :)
While you can network activate plugins, like WooCommerce and it's extensions, you wouldn't be able to share product databases, checkout, user accounts, etc... across the sites in the network at this time.

How to disable function in one section of Wordpress/Woocommerce

I'm using a product add ons plugin for Woocommerce which is great - allows lots of custom options for a product (engraving etc). This displays on the main product page fine and works well.
In the shop pages though and any other section like related products these options show too, which ruin the look of those sections.
I'm waiting for a response from the plugin developer but just wondered if anyone here could point me in at least the general direction of where I should look to solve this - been on it for days now. I'm new to removing actions etc.
Thanks (I know there's not enough info here but a suggestion would be great)

CreditCart payment for 1 fixed product (no PayPal, no Google Checkout, no Ubercart)

I'm about to start a new Drupal website. My client needs CreditCart payment (in-site with authorize.net). So he doesn't want PayPal or Google Checkout through Credit Cart payment. As I know Ubercart is well working solution. but i have 1 fixed product. I don't need any shopping basket, etc. so Ubercart is too big for my need. I just need simply CC payment. Is there any smaller alternative to Ubercart for this purpose? what would you recommend?
Thanks a lot!!
Take a look at this module list on Drupal.org. Drupal.org has advanced searching, which allows you to easily find the modules you need.
I found a few modules on the list, that looks like they could fit your need, but I'll give you the whole list and let you check them out and decide for yourself.

ASP.NET small online store, shopping cart

Currently I have a site that is using Google Checkout's mini cart system and I like it a lot, however, I'm wondering if there is a more professional way of doing it, while still keeping it simple.
I've looked into an authorize.net account, but I need to find a way to handle the mini shopping cart before heading off to process the order.
Are there any good open source mini shopping carts that are not linked with a merchant service?
Can't close the question, can still answer.
For Asp.Net one of the most popular shopping carts is AspDotNetStorefront. It's not inexpensive, but extensible.
PayflowPro ( run by PayPal ) might be an option you want to consider in the future. It's more professinoal than Paypal, fully skinnable.
Went with Google Checkout, just wanted to close this question.
