Scroll menu not working on one page layout - css

I've been troubleshooting this for a while now with no luck so I'm asking here in case someone is inclined to have a look. Thank you in advance.
On this website:
http://www.oldsaltmerchants.com/
I have a one page layout with a menu that scrolls the page to the correct location. Once the page scrolls past the top section a nav-menu drops down from the top edge of the window. The yellow bar is supposed to span the full width of the page but it is hidden in the margin areas and only displays in the "content" area.
I could really use another set of eyes if anyone is interested.
Thanks so much.

may not be the correct answer but may give some clue. I changed width to 100% and add text-align: center

The problem is with your #menu.pinned ul CSS selector's width: 910px attribute.
Remove it and it should display just fine.

Elementor Footer does not stick to bottom of page

I'm currently working on a website using Elementor. I tried integrating a Footer using a separate plugin (Elementor Footer&Header), however, the footer didn't stick to the bottom of the page if there was only little or no content.
As this seems to be a common issue, I solved the problem by adding the following code:
div.footer-width-fixer {
position: fixed;
bottom: 0;
}
Now, the footer sticks to the bottom of the page, however, there 2 other problems:
The footer overlaps with the content in the bottom of the page (see attached image)
The footer is sticky, although I didn't set it up to be so. I only want the footer to appear at the bottom of the page, not while the visitor is scrolling.
Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you!

overlapping-footer
Its tough to tell if the footer is actually overlapping another sentence (I only speak english so I cant tell if the sentence ends or read it at all). But it looks like its only overlapping the padding on the button and its just snug to the text content.
You could try to add either
padding-top: {desired pixel amount}px;
or
margin-top: {desired pixel amount}px;
to the footer and see if that does the trick.
As for the position sticky, If your familiar with the inspect element feature in google chrome; you can see what the class selector is that is applying the sticky to the element and then you should be able to write a bit of css to overwrite that fairly easily!
I have had the same problem a few times but I simply fix this by setting the height of the section to either "fit to screen" or the VH to 100 - the header height (If you use a transparent header). I hope this has helped you and if you have any questions don't mind asking!

prevent vertical jumps when scrolling and divs disappearing

In my prestashop site I have the following problem:
using my mobile phone, if I scroll the page http://www.forwardmilano.it/presta/index.php?id_category=3&controller=category
slowly, when f.e. the div with class="breadcrumbs" disappears, the page has a vertical jump that my customer doesn't want to see.
How can I do editing only my customcss.css?
Thanks in advance
So what happens is when the .navbar gets the position fixed, the height of the header.variant4 changes, which causes the jump. Thus, the breadcrumbs goes under the navbar.
To solve the issue, you may want to set the height to the header.variant4.
You may want to apply the following CSS and it will solve it for you:
header.variant4 {
height: 129px;
}

How can I stop a div that is scrolling over the navbar?

Recently I am working on a new website and I am creating it with bootstrap. Here is the bootply link that have my website.
http://www.bootply.com/9pUX4JwEYb
According to that HTML in this Link, I have a trouble that i cant fix yet. When I am scrolling up, the text "Main Bodysssss..." is going over the navigation bar. I have tried to position it but no help. Just tell me how to fix this. Many Thanks.
A higher z-index for .navbar should fix this (working example):
.navbar {
z-index: 10;
}
From the documentation,
When elements overlap, z-order determines which one covers the other.
An element with a larger z-index generally covers an element with a
lower one.

menu items with submenu switch all content for some pixels to the right

I absolutly know that you will downvote this question, but I cannot repeat this problem in jsfiddle or with custom html, so I can only show it using webpage.
If I understand the problem, I will update question with appropriate html code.
If you visit website http://tax.allfaces.lv/, you will see three menu items. If you click on first or third menu item (Home and Contact US), then everything is fine.
Merchants contains submenu. It is not so obvious, but if you click on second one (Merchants), then you see that the whole content is moved some pixels to the right comparing with Home and Contact Us page. If you just click "Home" and "Merchants" one by one, you can see that for "Merchants" all content is some pixels to the right.
EDIT:
This is related to webpage height and scrollbar.
Add this code to your body to keep the scroll bar all the time to avoid this issue
body {
overflow-y: scroll;
}
It's because the scrollbar disappears because all of the content fits in the page :)
its because the scrollbar on the side dispears ;)
what you could do is show the scrollbar at everypage so it doesnt move.

Adding or adjusting CSS for widget and widget area in WP site

I hope I can explain this properly. I have the home page. It has 4 widget areas on it. Each widget area has something in it (you'll see in the screen shot I'm including). Three widgets just text with crazy CSS going on and have a header w/a box around the header (including text). The 4th widget is irrelevant because it's just an image.
One widget's header has a box, radius, background color and it's left/right justified with the rest of the information inside the widget. Two other widgets - the header is not justified left and right 100% w/the entire widget area.
See the image as it'll make more sense.
here's a direct link to the image for a alrge view: http://postimage.org/image/ofdqc1sa7/
The wdiget section "New customers" - see how it's left/right justified. It stretches the entire width of the whole box. Now see the Existing and Why - how it's not stretched all the way across left and right. How can I get it to stretch all the way across? Iv'e been going over this soooo many times with change this/change that. My Firebug in Firefox is o fire, but I can't seem to get the correct CSS code to make this happen. Driving me crazy.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance for your reply...
Change this style
.cl-content {
margin: 8px;
}
To this
.cl-content {
margin: 0px;
}
However, this will cause some alignment problems with your columns. But, that class is what is causing your problem.
[ Edit ]
If you change the #text-17 and #text-18 widths to 670px, it should resolve your problem.
I would also change #LoginWithAjax to #LoginWithAjax { padding: 5px; }
Initialy I'd say there may be a padding issue. Is there a live link that I can firebug to troubleshoot further?
