Disable Jupyter Notebook cell only for whole notebook run - jupyter-notebook

I don't know if it is possible, but I have a Jupyter notebook where I'd like to disable some cells in case of a whole run.
That is, 'Run All' would jump over these cells and not trigger them, but they could still be used if ran alone (e.g. with Ctrl+Enter) without changing the code.
I know %%script false --no-raise-error does the trick, but you need to manually change a constant to re-enable the cells when you need them. Ideally, I'd not have to change anything in the code.
Thanks in advance!

Your question resembles another question on here that I've answered recently. It's not the same question but I think my solution to that one actually works better for you. Here's the link to it and I hope it helps: https://stackoverflow.com/a/73978254/16264178
(PS I previously just copy-pasted my answer to the other question to here and that got flagged by a moderator. He was right that that wasn't best practice (answering different questions with the same answer verbatim). The recommendation though was to flag this thread as a duplicate of the other, which it isn't really. They're similar questions but my suggestion was a fairly imperfect solution to the other query, whereas I think it applies very well to the question in this thread. That's why I reposted my answer here with a link to the other one. That was the best thing I could see to do but people should feel free to enlighten me if they know better)

is there any complete minecraft forge documentation anywhere?

While it doesn't appear that this is a duplicate based on my searches, I'm sure other people have complained about this in many places.
I play minecraft and know java pretty well, so I thought it would be interesting to make mods with the minecraft forge. However, most tutorials are outdated or incomplete and I can't find a complete documentation. Now, if someone says, for instance, that existing blocks can be accessed through the Blocks class, I don't know what package that class is in. My more specific question was about modifying the properties of TNT(I wanted to do this as a test mod). Based on what I've been able to scrounge from various forums, using reflection on existing blocks in the game is possible, and what I found surrounding food would suggest there is a class for TNT somewhere that can be modified to boost its power. Just so someone can explain the not-well-explained principles of forge mod making, where would I find this TNT-related class that I could use reflection on, and how would I go about doing that(I've never done stuff with reflection before)?
To be clear, I've gotten forge minecraft all set up, I don't need an explanation of that. Just how to modify the properties of TNT(and hopefully this explanation will help me understand some broader principles)
I've been using https://nekoyue.github.io/ForgeJavaDocs-NG/ for a while. It has 1.12.2, 1.13.2, 1.14.4, 1.15.2, 1.16.5 and 1.17.1
I've been looking for a complete documentation/tutorial too, and I haven't fount a lot of stuff to be clear, but I found a wiki that might be useful. Here it is if you want to check it out:
Mcjty's wiki: https://wiki.mcjty.eu/modding/index.php?title=Main_Page
Forge's official documentation can be found here, versions:
1.15.x
1.16.x
1.17.x

Which is the best way to have a jupyter server running for long time?

First question to gain some privileges...
I hope someone can answer it, maybe some links where I could find the info would be great, or the reason why is not a good idea hehe!.
I've tried running it as a service and worked like a charm for around 2 weeks, but then I encountered an issue whose responsible I haven't found.
Nevertheless, this one is a nice guide:

What's MBR offset 0x1C3 and how can I edit it?

I posted this question on another website but no one was able to help me there until a user suggested I posted this question here. So...
My SSD has some trouble POSTING on my old GA-P35-DS3 motherboard if I try to use the Intel controller.
Apparently (after much googling) I found this is a bug on the BIOS that can be fixed by some quick editing of the MBR. The trouble is, I have no idea how I can go about doing this. I tried 010 Editor and HxD but I'm completely overwhelmed and, although I am able to open the disk, I can't find that particular "offset" (0x1C3).
If you are curious this post describes my issue (scenario 1) and the required steps to fix it: http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php?topic=8585.0
So, if someone could help me figure what an "offset" is and how I can find it with 010 Editor (or any other program you see fit) so I could fix these byes I would very much appreciate it! :)
EDIT: I've been looking around and I'm a bit confused if I should change these bytes:
http://i.imgur.com/Ys0gU3O.png
Or these bytes:
j59ypS5.png (I need more rep to post the second like so you can just copy-paste this into the imgur URL)
Judging by its content the first option doesn't seem to make sense. But since the second option is only "00 00 00" for I don't know if it makes any sense either...
If someone could please help me I'd be forever grateful.
Well.. I was able to figure it out by myself so I'll leave the answer here in case someone faces the same issue in the future.
1) I was opening a logical drive instead of a physical unit. That's why what I was seeing wasn't meeting my expectations.
2) I thought the "offset" was only referenced by the column by the left but no. Ox1C3 actually includes the column number as well. So I had to change the three bytes including 0x1C3 (0x1C4 and 0x1C5).
That was pretty much it. After that I saved the changes and rebooted my machine and after changing the SATA port everything was working as expected.

JGR Deducer's Data Viewer, Editing Data and Variables - Undo Function?

Thank for reading - I'm asking a question, for which I think the answer is already no. But perhaps you might have suggestions that I haven't thought of.
In using JGR and Deducer for editing data, you can easily edit a cell by clicking and writing in something new, but is there any way to Undo what you have done? Furthermore, in editing variables, say for instance, I have a variable of 5 factors, and I delete one factor using the data viewer window, selecting the factor and hitting the minus sign. Is there then any way to get the variable back, short of reloading the data?
If you need clarification, just let me know. Thank you!
As you guessed, the answer is no.

Where can one post nicely formatted code combined with LaTeX for mathematical expressions?

Admittedly not a programming question, but I don't really know where else to ask this...
I'm planning to start a blog to post the stuff I'm working on, which is mostly about Expression Trees & Mathematics. Hopefully this will help me focus on the problem at hand instead of going off every possible tangent that comes up.
I wonder if someone out there knows a good place to host a blog with the two following requirements:
(1) Nice support for code listings (as seen here, for example).
(2) Support for complex mathematical expressions, ideally in LaTeX (as seen here, for example).
For a while now I've been looking around for posts/articles combining both nicely formatted code and mathematical expressions, but I haven't found anything.
Thanks a lot!
PS - If there's another Q&A forum where this question would fit better, then please let me know and I'll move it there.
EDIT(1): While carrying out some additional research, I found this related SO question (see also resources therein), which then took me to here. Leaving the question open for now though in case someone wants to suggest alternatives.
Read here:

http://fugato.net/2007/01/20/latex-in-wordpress/
about LaTeX on Wordpress, syntax higlighting is easy (hint: google for "syntax highlighting") and you can go on any host with WP.
Good luck.
Edit: Okay, about that latex - it seems you need to have administrator rights, so any hosting with friendly administrator or virtual server or server hosting/housing :)
Edit: As for syntax highlighting:
PHP SH: http://xtractpro.com/articles/CSharp-Syntax-Highlighter.aspx
JS SH: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-syntax-highlighter/
For math expressions in LaTeX syntax checkout MathJax. It can probably be used with most blog hosting services. You just need to be able to add javascript to the page.
