Magento WordPress full integration - wordpress

I'm trying to FULLY integrate a WordPress site within a Magento site. Not something like the Fishpig extension where it's just Blog functionality. I would need full control as in creating custom post types and running plugins, etc.
I'm trying to replicate this:

The recipes section is run using WordPress, but the rest of the site isn't.
Any ideas?

You can use the WordPress Integration extension:
FishPig's Magento WordPress Integration is an extension for Magento eCommerce that integrates your WordPress blog with your Magento store. The extension is compatible with Magento Enterprise, Magento Professional and Magento Community Edition.

Can I use Visual composer plugin in a custom front-end which is detached from WordPress Admin

Basically our architecture is such that we are using a headless WordPrss CMS. Meaning out data is managed through WordPress admin. However the front end is to be built using any front end frameworks like Angular etc. So my question is, if I have a license of Visual composer and installed it in WordPress through admin. Can I use Visual composer in front end which is custom and not a normal WordPress theme?
This is technically possible, but it's not something that will work out of the box. Your custom frontend will have to 'understand' the content Visual Composer produces, thus VC has to be loaded in the frontend as well.
On a data level VC populates the post with custom shortcodes and 'deciphers' them in the frontend. Start with VC Wiki: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Visual+Composer+Pagebuilder+for+WordPress and specifically API section: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Inner+API

display wordpress posts in a non-wordpress external site

Just creating this as an answer:
You can use WordPress Rest API now as it's part of WordPress core and doesn't require any 3rd party plugins.

Magento / Wordpress integration - wp plugins were not showing up

My question relates to this post here (Fishpig's Wordpress):
Full Magento / Wordpress integration
I've installed this plugin and almost everything is working well. I've been trying to run wordpress plugins within the blog, but these were not showing up. No issues on the installation process.
Are there any further steps I have to take or is it generally not possible?
It's generally not possible is the short answer to that I'm afraid. In full integration mode your Wordpress themes and plugins will not function as they normally do as the whole thing is running through Magento.
All in One SEO will work, support for it has been added to the Magento module. Fishpig has produced a couple of additional Magento modules which can be installed and will support additional Wordpress plugins. Indeed, this is a way for them to monetise the work that's gone into it all, so I am hoping there will be more on the way. I've got the Next Gen plugin which works well, I can recommend that. There's also a Pinterest plugin and Advanced Custom Fields;

http://fishpig.co.uk/wordpress-integration-advanced-custom-fields.html

To have a fully functional Wordpress site you will have to set it to semi integration mode and do a matching Wordpress theme I'm afraid.

How can I integrate Magento products in my WordPress website?

Is there a way to integrate Magento products from my Magento store in my WordPress website?
Yes there is. The Magento plugin for WordPress enables you to show/advertise any Magento products anywhere on your WordPress website, as a widget or a line of shortcode. It's also fully customizable, easy to install without having to do any kind of programming and it's entirely free of use.
Here's the link to the plugin:
Hope that helps!
